It is a very important decision because they will be the ones that will be representing you in court. They will be putting your case together and it could be them that determine whether you win or lose the case. This means that you want to choose someone that you can trust to do a good job for you.

Therefore it is a good idea to have a think about what qualities a solicitor would need to have in order for you to be able to trust them. You also need to consider asking friends and family whether they have ever made a personal injury claim and whether they can recommend a solicitor or at least give you some advice about choosing one. It could also be useful to take a look at the websites which review solicitors as this could be extremely useful information to have.
It might seem like a lot of hard work and it actually can be. However, you will regret it if you make a quick decision and the solicitor you use loses the case. However, if you work hard at your decision, then you will know that you made the right decision and whether or not the solicitor wins or loses the case, you will know that the result was the best that you could have possibly hoped for.
