Trying to Deal with Problems with LG ENV Touch

I was given an LG ENV Touch by my friend as a birthday present. She knows that I was really longing for this device. The moment I received the cell phone, I immediately noticed a problem with lg env touch. It is not user-friendly and it is really hard to learn how to navigate this device. Nonetheless, I do not intend to make my friend aware of its drawbacks. I still want to give her an impression that I am happy about the item she has given me. I also think that in time, I’ll get used to this cell phone. I can always consult the instruction manual that comes with its package. Another option that I am thinking of in order to get myself well-acquainted with this device is to place a call to LG’s customer service hotline whenever there is something about the phone that I hardly understand. I am sure that this cell phone is expensive and I must be appreciative of it no matter how difficult it is to learn how to use it.
